Synopsis:
“When the Light’s Red” chronicles the filmmaker’s attempt to come to terms with those pesky panhandlers outside his car at intersections. It explores this often sticky situation where compassion, contempt, reality and humor intersect. TRT = 10 min. 45 sec.

Director bio:
Keith Wilson is a self-taught filmmaker whose documentaries, experimental films and installation work has screened at festivals, galleries, and universities in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia including the New York, San Francisco, Toronto, London and Sydney Gay & Lesbian Film Festivals; the New York and Chicago Underground Film Festivals; Princeton, UCLA, Emory and Cornell University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Art’s degree in Film at the University of Texas-Austin where he is a University Fellow.
