Synopsis:
An eight-year-old boy, Daegun, loves baseball and continues to do so when he moves from South Korea to Austin, Texas. He receives much support from his parents who encourage him to dream while his father and mother also explore the dreams of their own. TRT = 9 min 41 sec.

Director bio:
Christina Kim has worked on a diverse pool of narratives and documentaries as an editor since graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 2006. Currently she is editing Fort Hood Diaries, an ITVS-funded documentary that examines tattoos on Iraq-bound and returning soldiers, by award-winning cinematographer and director Nancy Schiesari. Christina’s own documentary short, “Dreams in All Sizes,” screened at several Austin-based film festivals in 2006, and her previous documentary short, “For Me and Him,” screened at the Dallas Video Festival and aired on SXSW Presents on Austin’s PBS station, KLRU in 2005.
