The UT Documentary Center announces the first annual Arch Campbell Award for Creative Vision for the 2008-2009 school year.
Eligibility: The award will go to support an undergraduate or graduate student documentary film project. The grantee must be enrolled in the Department of Radio-TV-Film for the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 semesters and will be selected based on academic merit and creative vision.
2008-2009 Award: $700.00 stipend to be used during the Spring 2009 semester.
Application Deadline: Materials must be submitted to Jean Lauer, UT Documentary Center, on or before 5pm Wednesday November 19th. Refer to full application instructions (pdf), as incomplete applications will not be considered.

About the Award: The award, funded by a gift from Mr. Arch Campbell, will alternate annually between the Department of Radio-Television-Film and the School of Journalism starting with the Department of Radio-Television-Film.
