As part of their annual Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week, the Graduate Student Assembly is hosting a Graduate Student Film and Photography Showcase on Thursday, April 17, at 6pm at the United States Art Authority, a new venue next to Spider House Café. This year they are offering awards of $150 and $100 in each category (film and photography). Free food and drinks for grad students.
To enter: Submit a digital copy of your work on a DVD or CD in the GSA drop box in the Office of Graduate Studies, MAI 101. Alternatively you may submit a print copy of your work for the photography category. Attach your name, department, EID, email address, phone number, campus mailing address, and the title of your work.
Limit: Each student may submit no more than one film or five photographs.
Deadline for submission: 5pm, Thursday, April 3rd
GSA will select entries for inclusion in our showcase and the competition for the cash awards. If your entry is selected for the photography category, you must provide a print copy of your photograph for the showcase.
